Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using any PEACETAPE inc. ("PEACETAPE", "we", "us") service including wips, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be 13 years or older to use our services.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at Contact if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By posting, you grant PEACETAPE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely as necessary to operate the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third party's rights.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not: upload content you do not have rights to; infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; upload malware or malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the service to send spam; or use automated means to scrape or access the service without our prior written consent.

5. Content removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you when we remove your content, unless doing so would compromise security or legal proceedings.

6. Intellectual property

The PEACETAPE name, logos, and all software comprising our services are owned by PEACETAPE inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not liable for any content posted by users.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PEACETAPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
